The Stealth Edition is an attempt to focus on a more slow, traditional approach to stealth. The Stealth Edition features a variety of small (and somewhat large) changes that do not differ too much from the vanilla game. If you are interested in a more modern approach that is equally challenging but faster paced, choose "Velvet Assassin: Modern Edition".

Tips:

To install, simply drag or extract the "Velvet Assassin" Folder to your steamapps/common folder. Replace all files.

To disable the intro logos, simply delete the following files "NDGames.bik", "Attract_Mode.bik", "distributor_Logo.bik", "southpeak.bik" and finally "replay_logo.bik"

Experiencing choppy/fast movement? Open your NVIDIA Control Panel, click on the "Manage 3D Settings" tab, click on "Program Settings", add Velvet Assassin (replay.exe) and look for Vertical Sync. Turn the setting to 'Adaptive' and apply. This worked for me.

Changelog:

All files have been compressed to reduce file size; many unmodified files have been removed. Some still remain for testing purposes.
