Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
X: Steam steamapps userdata and Settings\username\My 203160, remote
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the save. The campaign included automatically will be 100 percent (all the secrets, skills, weapons and optional tombs).
