Description:
The save was made just before completing the game 100%. Lara has maxed out skills and upgraded weapons. Most of the side activities have been finalized as well. You only need to do two things - find the last relic and close the story.
Installation:
Unzip the contents of the archive. Then paste the files from the "Tomb Raider tallwood31" folder into the folder where your Tomb Raider game saves are stored (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[User ID]\203160\remote).
