Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Make sure that you are in the main menu of the game. Press F1, and then use one of the following facilities. Game start only after you select a specific option. Here is a list of the available facilities:
8 -immortality for a player
9 -infinite ammunition
0 -infinite number of grenades
P -immortality for the whole team
