Description:
The game switches forces 60 hz refresh rate on montior upon launch. If your monitor supports higher values, this mod will force the game to run refresh rate of your monitor.
Instructions
Extract the archive into game’s folder. Rename SpecialK32.dll into d3d9.dll.
Start the game and exit.
Open d3d9.ini in the game folder.
Change RefreshRate=-1.0 to RefreshRate=0.0 under [Render.FrameRate].
