Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:/Documents and Settings/username/Documents/My Games/
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now run the game and click CAMPAIGN, and then the candidate. You get access to all the attractions of the game.
