In order to unpack this file after download, please enter the following password: trainer.

Unzip the contents of the archive (a file named Config. MCS) to the following directory:
\Misc\Config.MCS
You'll probably need to make a backup copy of the file, so that it does not lose.
Now you can run the game (profile of TNT loaded automatically) and refer to the relevant menu, so as to be able to take advantage of the unlocked items. And these are, inter alia: all routes, racing, cars, respect points, extra cash.
