Unzip the contents of the archive, and then start the game. At any point in the game use the combination ALT + TAB. You can now attach a trainer. After you have changed again, press ALT + TAB to return to the game. Here is a list of the available facilities:

GDP -GDP points
Population -population
Inflation -inflation
Communications is the number of satellites in orbit communications
Reconnaissance satellite in orbit is the spy
Missile defense is the defensive satellites in orbit
Send 100 of each Orbit it is sending 100 satellites of each type on the orbits of the planets
Abut Freeze -blockage of tourism
Freeze domestic approval rating -block support factor of the population
Freeze military approval rating -block of support for the troops
Literacy Freeze -blockage of literate factor
Freeze unemployment -unemployment rate lock
Instant build in facilities -instantly putting buildings
Instant build for research -immediate development of inventions
Instant build on military -immediate construction of military units
Auto refilling production – automatic replenishment of the production itself, as well as factors of production
