This mod adds Delek action from Doctor Who tv show.

Custom Dalek name lists (leaders, ships, planets, fleets, armies)
3 pre-made Dalek Empires
Custom Skaro System
Primitive Skaro with Thals and Kaleds (I'm not sure this is working properly)
Custom city backgrounds
To install:
Extract into “…Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\” and activate in game’s menu.
