Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I 1080p Patch is a mod for Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I, created by xion999.

Description:

By default, game renders at 1280x720 and then upscales the content to match selected resolution.

This mod forces the game to render in 1920x1080. However most 2D assets are done for 1280x720 and thus are upscaled regardless.

To install:

Just extract into game’s main folder.
