Installing the trainer makes all the missions are unlocked in the game (for each of the parties to the conflict), on three levels of difficulty. The package was tested on version 1.28 of the program.
Unzip the archive to the directory where you have installed the game and if you ask for it, agree to overwrite (overwrite) all files. Start the game and select the profile called TNT. The mission will be available if you choose Single Player--> Campaigns. At this point the player chooses the same campaign and scenario in which wants to take the struggle. To load the cutscenes, you have the option of Single Player--> Load and select the appropriate file:

United Kingdom- Freedom
United States- Last Stand
Germany- Liberation
