- Sounds are more synchronous, Speechsamples don't lag

THIS PATCH INCLUDES FORMER FIXES.

- Sounds get synchronized when fast forward

- Current activities are no longer stopped after load

- Walls cannot be build into some objects anymore

- Canceling activities works better

- Needs and Relationship values don't get stuck anymore

- Showering only half as long as bath

- Fixed characters doing things in the wrong place

- Loading of previously broken savegame

- Kissing animation changed

- Emoticons improved

- Balancing objects improved
