The FOV tool is a modification for the game Silent Hill 3, which allows for more freedom to configure graphics settings. A project to increase the field of view to 90, and a resolution of 1920 x 1080. Both options will significantly increase the Visual quality of this production.
To install the fashion you have to extract the archive to the game directory, and then run the file sh3FOV. exe
