Erebus in the Balance is a submod for Fall from Heaven, itself a mod of Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword. It is a balance and polish mod created for the community at Realms Beyond Civilization. It aims to increase the strategic viability of many units and technology strategies focused around a competitive, but friendly, PBEM environment. It incorporates changes and bugfixes from the Better Naval AI mod by Tholal, which also includes merges from the Unofficial patch and Better AI mods.
Mod has it’s own installer.
