This mod adjusts difficulty of the game by reducing damage to vitality and posture.

This mod file will reduce damage by the choice of either 75% (Quarter) or 50% (Half) for both Vitality and Posture on all attack types including: Thrust, Piercing, Projectile, Melee.

Installation

This mod requires Sekiro Mod Engine

Download the mod and extract the archive. You will end up with two folders – one for -75% version of the game and other for -50%. Pick the one that’s right for you and copy the contents of that folder into “mods” folder in Sekiro’s directory.
