Replaces Noir costumes. So you need those DLC costumes for this mod.
Instructiions:
Use Mod Managera to install this mod.
Extract Mod Managera to any directory
Extract both folders in the mod zip to %modmanager%\Games\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2\Mods".
Start mod manager and enable whichever character mod you wish to use.
