For anyone playing this game the patch is a mandatory item. In addition to fixing a lot of bugs has finally added the ability to detect approaching enemy fleets. A range of detectors is determined by the level of Planetary Defense. Incoming fleet appears in the information window of the fleets in the system along with the approximate ETA (time of arrival).
