Outer Outer Base is a mod for Quake II, created by Quakeulf.
Description (in author’s own words):
During the events of the Operation Overlord, a marine called "Cowboy" wing-clipped a marine known as "Bitterman" on their atmospheric entry. This sent the marine so far off course, not even "Bitterman" could compare. For this, the EDF decided a search and rescue (SAR) was in order to bring the marine back to the main fleet, but this was not to be without complications.
The marine had crash-landed on top of a mountain, and on that mountain was a base.

Instructions:
Extract into game’s folder and run the shortcut. In case of problems use patch 3.24 (you will find it in archive) or Yamagi.
