This adds 39 west front scenarios from the Monty vs Rommel/ Torch, Brit44 and Ostpak mod:

Installation:

Install the game, then patch 1.2, then Panzer Elite Three, then Scenarios 2009 and finally Scenarios 2009. Then set It up in the same order in Mod Enambler

WINDOWS 7 users need to download Direct 9 drivers to run PE3 with the PEX mod!!
