This mod puts the old mechanics to Outlast 2:

-Running speed is always 450 (in the original version, sprint was 650)

-No Stamina

-Now your Health Regenerates Automatically

-Useless Bandages

This mod is UNPLAYABLE on NIGHTMARE and INSANE mode!

(enemies are WAY faster than you)

Instructions:

Replace game’s DefaultGame.ini file with the modifed version from the archive.
