SHIFT + T -promotion to a higher level of experience
SHIFT + Y -lower level
SHIFT + U -higher level
SHIFT + O -10 loss fortitude
SHIFT + P -10 points for fortitude
SHIFT + K -the loss of 10 points will

SHIFT + N -loss of 10 points reflexes
SHIFT + J -10 points reflexes
