NFSC Unlimiter is an .asi mod which fixes some issues for added cars:

1. Added cars cannot be seen in game. (Increased CarTypeID limit and block size variables to solve the problem.)
2. Selecting added cars make the game crash. (Increased CarTypeID limit for RenderConn functions.)
3. Cars over the limit, or models don't exist in CARS folder will get replaced with Porsche Carrera GT.
4. + Fixes visibility, missing parts, being unable to apply any vinyls and crash issues for added cars.
5. + Fixes disappearing wheels issue.
6. + Fixes secondary logo issue for cars without manufacturer logo.
7. + Allows users to use more than 10 cars in traffic patterns.
8. + Expands memory pools.
9. + Fixes Turbo/Supercharger usage for cars by the region setting in FrontEnd code.
10. + Removes 45 preset cars limit.

Instructions:

Extract to game’s folder.

You will need v1.4 NFSC.exe (6,88 MB (7.217.152 bytes). You might try Windows 10 Fix or look for info on project website.
