Max Payne 1 - Dual Weapons is a mod for Max Payne 2: The Fall Of Max Payne, created by hevitonttu22.
Description (in author’so own words):
Max Payne can now dual wield any weapon except the Sniper Rifle. You acquire this ability by collecting the weapons normally or by using cheats. I recreated this mod because it's a lot of fun to play and the original one (likely released +15 years ago) cannot be found on any site at all or with Google search, so I don't take credit for the concept itself.
