Description.
Removes the shared cool down on powers for Mass Effect 2: Legendary Edition, and Mass Effect 3: Legendary Edition.
Installation
1. Download the mod from this page. Extract the archive. You will end up withr two .7z files, one for each game. Drag the chosen .7z file into ME3Tweaks Mod Manager. If you want FPP mode in both games just repeat the process for all the files.
2. Apply or import the mod, if you import, make sure to click Apply Mod at the bottom right of the window.
