Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My aplikacji\Ustawienia Data lokalne\2K Games\Mafia II
You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
Now you can start the game, and we'll automatically get access to the following:
-all the missions and the high difficulty level
-all secrets (Playboy bunnies and hounds)
-All artwork and family album
-all models of vehicles (they are in addition, race-tuned), and all the clothes
-all varieties of weapons with the maximum amount of ammunition
-a large amount of cash to continue shopping
