Unzip the contents of the archive file ( Game1.outofweapons1.LEGOHarryPotter2SaveGameData) to the directory that stores your Makefile. You'll probably need to perform backups on files that they do not lose.
You can run the game. It will be included by default 100%, offering access to all the stages and placing all unlocked the secrets (hidden characters, treasures etc.).
