Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1 while in the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys (numeric block!):
NUMPAD1 -billion dollars in your account
NUMPAD2 -three additional use of nitro
NUMPAD3 -removing the cars, police and other civilian drivers
NUMPAD4 -save current position
NUMPAD5 -teleportation to the saved position
NUMPAD6 -withdrawal effects of teleport
NUMPAD7 -power snap
