Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - KOA38_ReShade v.1 - Game mod - Download

KOA38_ReShade is a mod for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, created by Jeff B.

Description:

This preset improves the overall hdr, lighting, shadows, fxaa & details in the game's environment without over-sharpening or over-saturating the color-palette. It also removes the game's extreme muddy green filter, giving the characters & environments a more natural look.

Instructions:

This is just the .ini file, you will need the latest version of ReShade to use it. You can get it here: https://reshade.me ....

To install my file, simply place it in your Kingdoms of Amalur - Reckoning folder where the .exe is located ( D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Kingdoms of Amalur - Reckoning ).

To install ReShade: 1.) Launch the ReShade Installer & select the game's .exe ( D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Kingdoms of Amalur - Reckoning )

2.) Select the game's API - it is DX9

3.) Click okay to select all the .fx files & click okay to install them

4.) ReShade should say Succeeded! Now, you can close the ReShade installer.

To open the ReShade menu in-game press the Home (pos1) key on your keyboard. Once the menu is open, press the drop-down arrow & select my file "KOA38_ReShade" from the list. If you do not see my file you will have to manually add it by pressing the + symbol next to the drop-down arrow, then type it in just like this: KOA38_ReShade.ini & press enter.

To close the ReShade menu press the Home (pos1) key on your keyboard.
