JA3 Bobby Rays Equipment Vendor is a mod for Jagged Alliance 3, created by Sykriss.

Description (in author’s own words):

This mod adds a new storefront to sector G-9, with nearly all in-game equipment available for purchase with cash.

With this mod, you will find a new storefront in sector G-9, stocked to the gills with just about everything you could ever want to spend cash on. I did my best to make the prices fairly balanced, You can now spend your cash on actual equipment! :) As you capture more cities, more equipment will be unlocked and available for purchase.

Known issues: The majority of the items don't have proper ground models for use in the Map Editor, so I had to make do with what was available to me. In the future, when the devs release the full mod documentation, I'll likely be able to fix this.

Instructions:

Installation procedure for this mod is slightly different. I could not figure out how to get the game to load my new edited map instead of the vanilla map, so please bear with me.

Step 1: Extract "JA3BobbyRays" to %AppData%/Jagged Alliance 3/Mods.

Step 2: Navigate to your JA3 installation directory, then open up the Packs folder, then the Maps folder. Make a backup of "G-9 - Jungle Road.hpk". I usually just rename it to G-9 - Jungle Road.hpk.bak.

Step 3: Extract "G-9 - Jungle Road.hpk" to the Packs/Maps folder. If asked to overwrite, click NO and go back to step 2.

Step 4: Enjoy being able to spend all that hard earned cash on some gear!

Uninstallation is as simple as disabling the mod in-game, then restoring your backed up "G-9 - Jungle Road.hpk".
