Neural 1080p Enhanced Cutscenes is a mod for Heavy Rain, created by Evene74

Description:

The project remasters all the cutscemes scenes upgrading their quality to FullHD (1080p).

The author used the updated Topaz neural network. He introduced improved anti-aliasing and a very strong fix for the original bad bitrate. As a result, the scenes look much sharper and are free of frontal artifacts.

Instructions:

Extract the archive to the game’sfolder.
