- Added 30 new real Commanders to the Ottomans
- Added 20 new Idea Leaders to the Ottomans
- Edited the Ottoman State System:
Liberal Entente has 29% (Mehmed V)
Neutrality has 30% (Abdulhamid II)
National Unity is only at 33% (!)
No Elections.
- New Flag for the Ottoman Empire
- Has no negative Effects on TGW Mod. World War I and II starts as usual.
