Description (in author’s own words):

You play as Gordon Freeman. You managed to get out of the Black Mesa. You got to the nearest town and told the people what had happened. They did not believe, and locked you in a psychiatric hospital. But the G-man wants to kill you, prevent you from foiling is plans now that he has no use for you, he sends an army to stop you.

To install:

Extract into “… Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life" and restart Steam.
