Description:
This plugin fixes the 60 Hz refresh rate for GTA:SA and sets it according to your desktop configuration. This results in a much smoother image on modern monitors.
How to install the mod:
First you will need a so-called ASI Loader (such as . Ultimate ASI Loader 64-bit, Ultimate ASI Loader 32-bit or Silent's ASI Loader). Then download the mod and extract it to your game folder.
Note: the mod was tested only with version 1.0 of the game
