Total Vegetation Overhaul is a mod for Grand Theft Auto IV created by Casull16. It improves the visual quality of all plants in the game, including small trees, bushes, grass and even the smallest pot plants that can be found inside the buildings. The end result is spectacular and makes the whole city look a lot more realistic
