Unpack the archive, run the trainer, and then play the game. During the game you can use the following keys:
F1 - immortality
F2 - infinite strength
F3 - infinite oxygen
F4 - switch off the need for reloading
F5 - Endless ammunition
F6 - better accuracy
F7 - turn off discards
F8 - easy manufacture of objects
F9 - easy upgrades
F10 - better stealth
