Nevada Skies URWLified is a mod for Fallout: New Vegas, created by Marcurios.
Description (in author’s own words):
This mod adds realisticly looking weather to the Mojave, it comes with some new weathers too like sandstorms, snow and rainy weather. Many features can be configured in the pipboy meny, for more info look at the readme file in the download or description at the download page.
To install:
Double-click the Fomod after you unzipped the archive.
Of course you have to have FOMM installed otherwise nothing will happen on clicking a Fomod file.
Make sure FOMM is not running when you Double-click the Fomod.
Then select it and click activate.
