Are you tired of being Morocco, allying with Tunis and going to war with Tlemecen, because it is your rival? Why not ally with Tlemecen and fight Tunis? Well, tire no more, this mod remove completely the rivals from the game. Of course, you will not be able to have power projection anymore, but if you are an isolated nation with 1 neighbour, you can ally them, or if you conquered all the neighbours of your ally, you can maintain that alliance.
