Description:
Just as the name states, this mod makes all factions playable.
Instructions:
1) Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\empire total war\data\campaigns\main
2) Important!!! Backup startpos.esf. I am not responsible for failure to do so!
3) Copy starpos.esf from this zip file
4) Play the game

Sometimes fog of war doesn't work so well on the first turn.
Move an army or agent to overcome this. Some factions may or may not be buggy.
