You are a deep undercover NYPD cop who has was tasked with identifying the leaders of local gangs that have gone out of control with their conflict. Of course you also know the only reason why the sent you is because of the public fighting, you also know they are most likely behind the large estimated heroin that is getting into the country. Your about to give them the justice they have been avoiding for to long.
