Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1 while in the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following facilities:

NUMPAD2 -single hit kills the enemy targeted
NUMPAD3 -unlimited amount of Ammo
NUMPAD4 -unlimited use of the Sprint option
