Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game press ALT + ~. You can now use the following facilities:
ALT + 1 -immortality
ALT + 2 -disable loading
ALT + 3 -unlimited ammo
ALT + 4 -unlimited cash
ALT + 5 -enemies cannot attack
ALT + 0 -disable all facilities
