King's Houseguard is a mod for Crusader Kings II, created by Undead Paladin Modding
Description:
This mod adds a Varangian Guard-like mercenary band for every kingdom in the game, except for the Papal States and the Ecumenical Patriarchate. When you have 150 prestige and 200 gold, you can vassalize a mercenary band for your kingdom.
This mod is not Ironman compatible and should be compatible with other mods.
Instructions:
Extract archive into „My Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mods” and activate the mod in game’s menu.
