Changes in December Update

General

• Fixes the issue where a facilities upgrade request would be completed year after year even though the request was only made once

• A reduction to the chance of injury to players in wide positions

• A fix to the calculations used to work out the FIFA rankings

• Fixed a crash caused when a manager applies for an International job having only ever managed another international team

• Some Spanish B team names were wrong in English version

• Misc other improvements

The December update also includes all the changes in the October & September updates.
