Upload the trainer to the directory where the game is installed, run it, and then run the game. During the game, go to the Character Profiles and use the following keys on the numeric keypad!:
KP0 -cash + 100
KP1 -relationships with Government + 1
KP2 -relationship with the guerrillas + 1
KP3 -the relationship with the mafia + 1
KP4 -relationships with the bandits + 1
KP5 -the relationship with the Indians + 1
KP6 -the relationship with the CIA + 1
KP7 -relationships with civilians + 1
