Remove silly effects (DX11 only) is a mod for Batman: Arkham City, created by TheJanitor.

Description:

This mod removes those silly effects you see above the heads of NPCs. It uses DX11 wrapper called 3Dmigoto to remove them. Because of that you have to run the game in DirectX 11 mode.

Instructions:

Simply drop all files where the game .exe is located

For example if you have the Steam version the location would be:

Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham City GOTY\Binaries\Win32
