1) Single-game tie-breaker added/fixed for leagues with 1 wild card team (1995-2011)

7) Bug fix: Some "locked" players moved when clicking Auto-Sort on Defense Dialog

Minor league stats eliminated from historical rookies in the Amateur Draft

9) Batting ratings (and "Predicted" batting stats) fixed for pitchers

10) Predicted fielding stats scaled down to 1 season (eliminating players with 1000+ games)

11) Simulated minor league catching stats fixed

12) Catcher stats missing from Minors-Fielding.csv (such as SBA) estimated as needed

13) Fixed pitchers with CAREER groundball percent over 100%

14) "Delay League Transactions" check box fixed
