Description:

The project adds a online co-op mode to the game (the base game offers only PvP), modeled after the co-op in the Dark Souls series.

Co-op works with virtually all missions except Ice Worm. Up to six players can play at once in one group. During a mission, our session can also become the target of invasion by other players and then the goal of our group becomes to eliminate them (this option can be turned off if you want pure co-op without any PvP elements).

Can this ban me?

No. The game doesn't launch Easy Anti-Cheat and doesn't connect to FromSoftware's matchmaking servers.

How to install the mod:

Download the mod

Extract the package you downloaded, and move the following files to your Armored Core VI folder (usually in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON\Game")

Edit "ac6_coop_settings.ini" to your liking

Launch the mod using "ac6_for_coop_launcher.exe"

You don't really have to uninstall the mod. You can use the launcher when you want to play it, otherwise just run the game normally. If you'd like to remove it fully, simply delete the files you downloaded from here.

Usage”

To use the mod, one player will have to host the session. You can do this by going into the garage menu and selecting "START MULTIPLAYER". After this, you should invite who you want to play with to your party. You can see when they join in the "SQUAD" menu (shown below).

Once your party is complete, please begin a mission. Only the host can select the mission for the party to play.

You can use other mods if you want, but everyone will have to use the same mods for the game to work correctly. Currently only missions are supported; The arena and test AC mission won't work correctly in multiplayer.

If you would like to invade another player's mission as a rogue AC, you just need to select "BREAK IN MISSION" and the mod will attempt toconnect you to an available session.
