AI 8 - The Lamer Major is a mod for Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties, created by Justus_Pacificia.

Description (in author’s own words):

An AI that uses more mills, plantations, farms, rice paddies, and builds more interesting combinations and ships more cards, especially lategame unit shipments.

This AI is an improvement of The Helot Major AI, and works to improve general gameplay and for several civilizations to improve btOffenseDefense and food/cash crop buildings.

The AI for Japan still isn't competitive, but now it sends units from the homecity to compensate. Also uses Natives.

German AI now always builds two layers of walls, and is a little less agressive. Builds a mix of units, and now uses Natives.

Spanish AI now uses natives.

AI now trains 4 units types rather than 3.

British AI trains more Hussars and Dragoons

Indian AI trains more Abstract Ranged Infantry and Howdahs

Chinese AI now builds much more fun amount of Cavalry, Infantry and Consulate mix.

Russian AI is more fun to play against.

AIs use less Falconets, (thus more skirmishers) and more artillery in general.

Ottoman AI uses more Infantry and Hussars

Some AIs ship Heavy Cannon, some like the British ship Rockets.
