Black screen Fix is a mod for Still Life based on work by Dxwnd
Description:
The project fixes a problem that causes the game to display only a black screen instead of graphics. It is common on PCs with new operating systems (especially Windows 10 and 11).
Instructions:
Extract the archive to game’s main folder
Lauch Dxwnd.exe.
Click Edit and Add.
In Main tab type in the Name for the profile (you can just call it StillLife).
Click the ... button, right of Path field.
Navigate to the folder where Still Life is installed, select StillLife.exe and click OK.
Make sure that Early hook, Run in Window and Desktop are checked.
Click OK and launch the game using Dxwnd.
