4k 60fps Prerendered Cutscenes is a mod for Dragon Quest XI S: Definitive Edition, created by mike9k1
Description:
Prerendered Cutscenes AI-upscaled from the default 1080p 30fps to 4k 60fps.
This mod replaces the prerendered cutscenes occasionally shown in-game with higher-quality versions upscaled & interpolated using RIFE and Artemis.
Installation instructions
1. Unpack the .zip
2. Copy the files from "Game\Content" located in the zip into <steamapps>\common\DRAGON QUEST XI S\Game\Content
(where <steamapps> is typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\ depending on your installation )
3. It will ask whether or not you want to replace the movie file(s), select "yes"

??(Starting in 0.0.2+, a backup of the original prerendered cutscenes are also included as "*.usm.bak")
4. When finished you will have new files in the following directories:
